Hi there, Rajan and welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you might be considering a visit to the
Disneyland Resort in the future and are curious about the crowds. At this time, you must
make a reservation to enter Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. You can do this at the time that you purchase your ticket online if the date you wish to visit is within 120 days. Please be sure to review the current
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure the day you would like to enjoy the Disney theme parks will be available.
Disneyland has not specifically stated its current guest capacity. I do know that occasionally reservations for Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park are not available, and that leads me to believe that there are still some capacity limitations in place.
If you are hoping to enjoy the Disneyland Resort on a less busy day or want to save time if the crowds do begin to build, I have a few recommendations for you:
-Visit on a weekday that is not a holiday or spring break.
-Arrive prior to theme park opening to enjoy low wait times for attractions early in the morning. Experience the most popular attractions first.
-Utilize Disney Genie+ Service or purchase Individual Lightning Lane arrival times to cut down on time spent waiting in queues for attractions.
For a great resource to familiarize yourself with Disney Genie+ Service, take a few minutes to
watch these short videos. You'll be at pro-level status for maximizing your day before you even enter the gates.
I hope you feel comfortable with the crowd levels and come visit the Happiest Place on Earth real soon! If you have any further questions for my fellow panelists and me, please visit planDisney again. We would love to help.
The magic is waiting,
Adrianna
