Will Disney land ask for prove of full vaccination or negative COVID test before entering?

Hi there, Alma. Welcome to planDisney.

It looks like you’ll be heading to the Happiest Place on Earth after just a couple more sleeps! I bet you’re excited to return to a land of Magic and experience all the pixie dusted fun. Pretty soon, you’ll be strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. and gazing at the beautiful Sleeping Beauty Castle.

Although it is strongly recommended by the State of California for everyone to be fully vaccinated or receive a negative COVID-19 test result prior to visiting, Disneyland Resort is not requiring proof (of vaccination status or negative COVID-19 test result) at this time. When you’re outdoors, masks remain optional; however, all Guests (ages 2 and up) are required to wear masks indoors, including on many attractions and in enclosed transportation vehicles.

I wish you a magical trip to the theme parks in a few days. If you have more questions for us, please don’t hesitate to write us again. We’re all EARS!

    Sending you pixie dusts,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
