Hi, Iraida! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy you stopped by to see us today. We absolutely love helping first-time Guests discover the magic of Walt Disney World. I'm sure you can hardly wait to get your special vacation started with your Mouseketeers, so let's talk tickets!
One of the first things you need to know about
buying tickets is that
Disney is currently limiting capacity in the theme parks as part of the phased reopening process. They do that by requiring Guests to make
Disney Park Pass reservations in advance for the theme park we plan to visit each day. If there are no reservations available on a particular day for any of the parks, you won't be able to buy a ticket for that day. I think this is what's happening when you try to buy your 6-Day tickets. All of the parks are unavailable on Saturday, April 24, so the system won't let you complete the transaction. If you adjust your dates so that day isn't included, you should be able to buy your tickets.
Iraida, as I look at the rest of this week on the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, I see that only EPCOT has reservations available each day. Honestly, my suggestion to you is to visit another time if you can. The
summer months still have lots of availability, especially in July. With the kids out of school and plenty of time to plan, July may be a practically perfect time to visit!
When it comes time to buy your tickets, my friend and fellow planDisney panelist Bob A. has
the details on making your purchase. When you have your tickets and theme park reservations squared away, come see us again for advice on
dining, packing tips, our favorite planning tools, and lots more. We'll be right here for you every step of the way!
I hope this helps you plan your family's vacation at whatever time is right for you, Iraida. Please feel free to stop by again real soon!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
