Is Disney Junior dance party open or will it be opening soon? Or the character meets with Disney Junior stars.

    Hi Joanna,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're all eager to help guests like you with your questions as we Return to a World of Magic.

As part of enhanced health and safety measures, some shows and experiences are on hiatus temporarily to facilitate social distancing. That includes parades, fireworks and, sadly, the Disney Junior Dance Party and character meet and greets. We don't know how long the hiatus will last, but be assured that the Walt Disney World entertainment staff has been working extra hard to be sure small fans of the Disney Junior family of stars can still see some of their favorite friends.

During this time, when its not possible to hug and high-five our best Disney pals, the theme parks are offering character cavalcades, flotillas and motorcades at random intervals. Hollywood Studios features four motorcades, including one that showcases Fancy Nancy, Doc McStuffins and Vampirina. Doc McStuffins and Vampirina even have their own special cars.

Be on the lookout, too. Characters have been known to pop up around the parks to wave, dance and play -- from a safe distance, of course.

Thanks again, Joanna. As the situation evolves, you will find all the latest updates on the Walt Disney World website and the Disney Parks Blog. And, of course, we always welcome your questions here.
