    We are going to be in Disney on June 22 when Brave comes out in theaters. 2 Questions. 1) Will they be showing it at the theater in Downtown Disney? 2)Do you know if Merida might make an appearance that day?

    Hi Heather!

    Per the AMC website, Brave is showing at 11:15a, 2:15p, 5:15p, 8:15p and 11:15p on June 22nd.  We saw the midnight opening showings the last two Pirates of the Caribbean's at this theater and it was crazy crowded.  If you plan on seeing it on opening day in Downtown Disney, buy your tickets ahead of time and line up early!  

    I'm not sure if Merida will make an appearance or not.  It's entirely possible since she is an established character at the Magic Kingdom already.  If there are any special events going on for the opening of Brave, it will be announced on the Disney Parks Blog.  Stay tuned for any announcements coming up.
