We will be in Disney in July. We have 4 adults in one room at POR. 3 of us will be able to go to the parks for 6 days, but 1 adult will only be able to go for 4 days. Can we buy different length tickets under the same room reservation?? Thanks!!

    Hi, Mary!

If you want to have different ticket options for guests staying in the same room, I suggest you book a "room only" reservation then buy your tickets separate.  This way each member of your travel party can get the exact ticket needed.

The only downside of this plan is that if you do not do a package with room and tickets, you cannot add on the Disney Dining Plan. If you are OK without the dining plan, then booking "room only" is the way to go.

If you were planning on adding on the Disney Dining Plan, you will all have to have the same tickets, so you will have to weigh the costs here and see what will be the best option for your travel party.

I hope this helps! Keep us posted on your plans and have fun during your July Walt Disney World vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
