    We are going to Disney in January 2011 & have booked dinner at Akershus. One of the books I picked up states that the princesses are only there for 1 hour not the entire dinner service and recommended booking dinner at that time. Can you please confi

    Hi Nicole,

    I'm going to go out on a limb here, but I don't think you have too much to worry about.  I've been to Akershus several times, and princesses have been there every single time.  It's billed as a character dining restaurant, so I'm sure that guests would really complain if they didn't get to meet characters while dining.  I'm not sure what guide book your read, but Akershus has characters at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
