Disney has said that they will introduce a buy back program for annual passholders who cannot schedule additional vacation time from work to use their pass before it expires. Has Disney release the details this program? How will they calculate the amount?

Hey there, Gerard! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

In, short you are correct as Walt Disney World has introduced a few policy adjustment options to help manage your annual pass. While full details of this program are scheduled to be sent out sometime this month, Disney has released information for those Annual Passholders who have paid in full and those who are on the monthly payment plan.

Whether you have paid in full or you are on the monthly payment plan, your usage dates will automatically adjust so you still have plenty of time to grab a cold Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bar while strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom Park.

To get information specific to your account, you can reach out to a Cast Member at V.I.PASSHOLDER Support at (407) 939-7277. They will be able to answer all of your questions.

If you have any other questions please let us know. Otherwise, be sure to tell Mickey I said hello!
