What is the Disney Intervention Program for special needs travelers. On the Disney Cruise, but we see no mention of an intervention program for our autistic daughter? She needs a 3 to 1 intervention.

Today, I did a little research and it is my understanding that the Disney Cruise Line has some Youth Activity counselors who have experience with entertaining children with special needs, including Autism.

Sometimes DCL is able to provide a single counselor for 1 to 1 care of a special needs child, however this is not guaranteed.

I would suggest that you call Disney Cruise Line directly and discuss your child's needs. I can tell you that my family has been delighted with the structure, safety and friendliness of the kid's programming aboard the Disney Wonder.

I hope your family enjoys a magical voyage!
