    Hi! going to disney with the in-laws who are elderly but agile. he cant eat solids, you think the restaurants will "Blend" food for him or make special requests like that? i've made reservations at a bunch of places for us. anything you sugge

    Hi Debra!  I actually helped a family last year who had a child that could not eat solid food and needed it blended.  The Disney chefs are there to try to please all the guests no matter what their dietary restrictions might be.

    Since this is an important part of your father in law's trip and the success for him to enjoy this vacation please, please be sure and call the dining number so they can put this specific request on every dining reservation you have made.  When you arrive, immediately discuss this need with your server who will then request a chef to come to the table to review what will needed to be done.  Obviously the best choices for you for dining will be the table service locations since many of the quick service spots might not have the equipment to blend the foods.
