Hi Elizabeth!
It sounds like you are
getting ready for a trip to Walt Disney World Resort with your little ones and I'm happy to help you with your plans. There's nothing like enjoying the magic of the theme parks with your kids and you will make memories together that you will treasure for years to come!
This past week,
an update to the Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules was announced that included an update to the stroller policy. As of May 1, strollers that are larger than 31″ (79cm) wide and 52″ (132cm) long will no longer be permitted in the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. In addition, wagons are prohibited in the theme parks and as of May 1, stroller wagons will also be prohibited from the theme parks. So if your stroller is 31.5" wide and you will be visiting after May 1, you should find an alternative stroller option for your visit so you will be able to use it in the theme parks.
You are always free to
rent a stroller from the Stroller Rental locations at each of the theme parks or from one of the Disney Featured Providers to use during your trip. I like renting strollers from Stroller Rental because I have found them to be so easy to maneuver throughout the theme parks, which can be a challenge with double strollers.
For additional information, I recommend that you check out the complete
Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules. Also, be sure to follow the
Disney Parks Blog as you continue planning your trip for the latest news! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
