Hi!!! We going to be in Disney for my husband's birthday and he loves a good steak. He is a picky eater though and just loves to have a great plain steak. He doesn't like all the gourmet sauces and such. Please help with the best one!! Thank you!!

    Hiya Angie!

The name that you'll hear again and again when it comes to a great steakhouse is Le Cellier Steakhouse in the Canadian pavilion at Epcot's World Showcase. The latest dinner menu that I looked at (check out allears.net for menus) had a New York Strip with butter topping and a potato gratin.

Another restaurant that has gotten great reviews is the Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. You'll find New York Strips again, Filet Mignon, and rib-eye among others.

Of course, there are many other restaurants in Disney that will have a great steak, but I wanted to tell you the two that I've heard the best reviews of.

If your husband sees any sauces on the menu that put him off,  just tell your server to ask the Chef to leave them off.  As a restaurant owner myself I can tell you that the Chef and servers only want for Guests to be satisfied and will happily tweak meals! Disney is really great about working with guests in restaurants.

I hope y'all have a great time and that your Husband's birthday is full of Disney Magic!
