Hello - there is a Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park on 6/27 that goes until 1:00am, will Tiana's Bayou Adventure be available to ride if you go to that event without being a passholder ? Thanks

Hi Ken, and welcome to planDisney!

It has definitely been a busy month full of previews for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and it’s great to see so many folks excited to get their chance to experience ever since our planDisney Panelists got the early opportunity to ride it firstalong with the Imagineers and folks who made this all happen

As I collected some research at the theme parks today I asked a Cast Member over here at Guest Relations whether guests attending Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park later this week would possibly get a chance to ride, and they could only say that since the official opening date for the attraction is still set for June 28, 2024, the only way to be able to ride it in advance is by attending the various preview opportunities for a variety of different groups that included Annual Passholders, Disney Vacation Club members, Cast Members and D23 Event Attendees. While magic can sometimes be made by Cast Members and access to attractions can be subject to change without prior notice, this isn't something that can be guaranteed.

It would be great if they were to surprise and delight guests that evening with a bit of  magic at the stroke of midnight, but the Cast Members really couldn’t say whether that was at all likely. While this is probably not the most helpful response we could’ve hoped for, if I was around that evening I’d personally keep my eye on the area just in case! At the very least, I hope you’re prepared for some of the exclusive food offerings coming with the opening day that you can find out more about on the Disney Eats section of the Disney Parks Blog -  and I’m crossing my fingers that you’ll get the chance to drop in on Tiana’s swinging celebration during your trip!

Wishing you all the best on your quest to make it down the Bayou!
