We have a Disney hotel and tickets purchased, if a family member gets COVID and we cannot use our hotel and tickets, is there any kind of travel insurance we can purchase or can our tickets be refunded or used at another time in the future?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Erica!

Welcome to planDisney! We are THRILLED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you get ready for your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your PLANNING TEAM!

So, are you ready for some MAGICAL news?! I am very happy to inform you that if you book a Disneyland Resort Package, Mickey Mouse and his pals do provide travel insurance you can purchase for your trip! Since you did not purchase the travel insurance when you booked your TIGGER-ific vacation package, all you have to do is call 714-520-5060 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. NOTE: You must add trip insurance before you make your final payment on your vacation, which is 30 days prior to your arrival.

I hope this helps you in your planning! As you know, there are exciting announcements being made all of the time at the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a single one! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
