    My Disney hotel is showing but not my tickets which come with the package ?

    It gives me great pleasure as the current UK Panelist here at planDisney to welcome you to our happy spot!  I truly love having the pixie-dusted opportunity of offering a little insight to another British family who also visits the magic of Walt Disney World Resort from across the pond.  

    How wonderful to hEAR that you already have a magical Spring 2022 Walt Disney World Resort holiday package booked.  It's always so fun to see 'Disney holiday' noted on your calendar!  To further help you plan towards your visit to the most magical place on earth, you may find our Panel Extras to be a really useful resource.

    I'm glad to know your Disney Resorts Collection hotel booking is already showing in your My Disney Experience account as it can sometimes take a moment or two for reservations that are set in the distant future to fully appEAR.  So with this in mind, I don't want you to worry unnecessarily as I do wonder if it may be taking a little longer for your Ultimate Tickets to link to your My Disney Experience account to complete your holiday package.

    Firstly, on a desktop computer, I suggest refreshing your My Disney Experience account to see if this helps at all.  Sometimes just this simple action does the trick and as if by magic - your whole Disney holiday may appEAR right in front of your very eyes!

    If after a few days your Ultimate Tickets have still not yet shown, I think perhaps then maybe a quick conversation with a helpful Cast Member might put your mind at rest that all your Disney holiday package details are indeed all neat and pretty.  It's easy to speak with Cast Members by dialling the UK freephone number contained within this handy Walt Disney Travel Company Contact Us link.  Prior to calling you'll want to be sure to have your holiday confirmation number close to hand.
