Hi, Lynn!
You've got several choices to accommodate most of what you've listed; you're smart to look for two bathrooms with two teens, as well. Been there! (What am saying? AM there!)
My first suggestion would be a 1-bedroom villa at
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. This is one of our Disney Vacation Club Home Resorts, and we absolutely love it. It's on the water, offers spectacular views and excellent access to Magic Kingdom. A 1-bedroom here includes a master bed with full bath as well as a living area which has a sleeper sofa as well as a sleeper chair, a full kitchen, washer and dryer as well as a full bathroom in the front hall. This is the perfect fit.
If you are willing to give up either the sand / water location or having two additional beds, you'll open up your options dramatically.
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort offers Junior Suites which have two bathrooms, with the JS-King room having a king-size bed and an queen-size sleeper sofa, all in a "Moderate" resort.
You could also check out Walt Disney World's newest resort,
Disney's Art of Animation Resort. There, check out the Family Suites, all of which come with two bathrooms, a mini-kitchen, a living area with a full-size sleeper sofa and a convertible table bed. A mini-kitchen rounds out the room as well, all at a "Value" price.
I hope this helps! Please send more questions about these resorts or any other questions you may think of as you plan the perfect stay in Walt Disney World! We love to help!
