Hi Diely,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for sending us this excellent question!
As of this time, it is not possible to attend
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party without purchasing party tickets. On party nights, Magic Kingdom Park closes to regular-ticket holders at 7:00 p.m. After that, the park is available only to Guests who have purchased admission to the special event. Even if you are visiting Magic Kingdom Park the day of the party, you will not be able to remain with just Park Hopper Tickets. Once the clock strikes 7:00 p.m., Cast Members will check to see if Guests have the special party ticket wristbands. If you do not have them, then they will escort you to the park's exit.
Since you would like for your children to partake of the fun festivities during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, I suggest
purchasing tickets as soon as possible. These special events do sell out very quickly, as they limit the amount of Guests at Magic Kingdom Park during the party. I recommend arriving to the event late afternoon, or early in the evening. You'll find that attraction lines are often much shorter than usual, making the evening quite magical!
Disney Mom Tip: To watch Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade, claim a spot somewhere near the middle of Main Street U.S.A. The gravediggers will typically do their dance a few times along the parade route, and Main Street U.S.A. is usually one of those spots. You'll also be able to better appreciate Cinderella Castle changing colors in the background from that particular area of the parade route.
I hope this was helpful information, Diely. If you have any other questions, please come back to visit us again.
