Hi, there!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lindsay. We love helping you plan your upcoming Disney vacation!
My oldest son has high hopes of becoming a paleontologist when he grows up, so a stop in DinoLand U.S.A. is an absolute must-do when we're spending the day at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. He can spend hours and HOURS playing and digging at
The Boneyard! He'll only abandon his dig site to travel back in time on
DINOSAUR. After all, somebody's got to rescue that Iguanodon, right?
When the
Disney Parks Blog announced that a Dino-riffic Burger and Sundae Family Dinner would be coming to Restaurantosaurus, I knew I had to make a reservation! Sure, the gourmet burgers and build-your-own sundae bar sound delicious, but I thought my little paleontologist would most appreciate the interactions with Cast Members who entertain Guests with dino-mite games and stories. At this time,
Restaurantosaurus Dig Site Burgers & Sundaes is only showing availability into mid-November, so I'm not able to make a reservation for our upcoming visit either! There's been no official word about this dining experience being canceled, so it's certainly possible that new dates will be added to the reservation calendar. My best advice is to keep checking the webpage for updated availability. If reservations aren't offered in the new year, not to fret! Guests will still be able to visit
Restaurantosaurus for a standard Quick-Service lunch or dinner experience.
If you have a dinosaur fan like I do, I recommend making a dining reservation at
T-REX Restaurant at Disney Springs. A meal at this prehistoric dining location is another must-do for my son when we visit the Walt Disney World Resort!
I hope this was helpful, Lindsay. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have!
