    Hi Disney Helpers! I read this column every day! Wondering if on-line check in is necessary when staying on club level? We are staying at WL. Also, first time for club level. Any tips?

    I'm so pleased to hear that you enjoy reading the information provided by my friends and colleagues here at the Moms Panel.  We just love helping guests plan magical Walt Disney World vacations!

    As an avid reader of our site, you may have already discovered that I am a huge fan of Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  I'm so excited that you will have the opportunity to enjoy the Old Faithful Club as a concierge level guest during your next trip.  What amazing views of the lobby you will enjoy from the tables just outside the lounge on the seventh floor!  When you are greeted by a member of the concierge staff upon check-in, be sure to ask for the list of times that goodies will be available in the Old Faithful Club lounge for concierge guests.  You won't want to miss the delicious treats the resort will put out for you throughout the day.  Also, don't be afraid to ask the concierge staff to help you make dining reservations or secure tickets to events at Walt Disney World if you need them.  They'll go out of their way to make your visit extra magical!

    I think you'll find there's no need to do on-line check-in if you are staying on the concierge level at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. It's really up to you.  It might speed up the process a bit since it will give you the opportunity to add a credit card number to your reservation in advance of your arrival.  Then your Key to the World cards will already be printed and ready to go when you arrive.  However, as a concierge guest, you'll want to take a little extra time to hear what great amenities you will have at your disposal during your stay.  I wouldn't rush the check-in process if I were you.
