We are going to Disney for Halloween and would like to know what to expect as far as the children dressing in costumes, trick or treating Halloween parties? etc....

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is the way to celebrate Halloween at Walt Disney World.

This evening party take place in the Magic Kingdom after the park closes and is a blast! Trick or treating, a special fireworks show, a Halloween parade, and children and adults in costume help to create one of my favorite special events. Once we even planned our vacation around being able to attend this awesome Halloween shindig. Beginning in September this party is offered on select nights through Halloween and requires a special ticket. Even characters wear costumes for this event.

Enjoy the park in the dark!
