Greetings and welcome to
planDisney, Marcy!
Welcome to
The Most Magical Place on Earth for the most Spooktacular Resort-wide activities and events in the World! Marcy, there is a lot to do other than partaking in
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, so let’s get started.
The
Walt Disney World Resort theme parks are all decked out with Halloween décor and the Disney Characters don their finest to greet you. From the pumpkin citizens in Town Square to Halloween photo opportunities, bountiful pumpkins - the best I may say, and foliage adornments that line the quaint Main Street, U.S.A. there is lots to see and do at Magic Kingdom Park. You can book the
Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise to see the
bootacular Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks from Seven Seas Lagoon, or head over to the observation deck on the 4th floor of Disney’s Contemporary Resort or the beach area at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort for piped in music and amazing views.
The annual
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival transforms this magnificent park into a foodie and wine lover's paradise while bringing the highlights together from cultures around the world in unison. Enjoy a spooky Disney character meal over at the
Hollywood & Vine with Minnie’s Halloween Dine and themed décor throughout Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney's BoardWalk area.
Head over to
Disney Springs for special entertainment offerings with nightly musical haunts with the family-friendly DJ Dance Party near Once Upon a Toy. You must look at the Disney Springs guide map to participate in Halloween-themed photo opportunities, and look out for the Disney PhotoPass Photographers who roam the area with fall-themed props.
The
Disney Resorts Collection Hotels offer a variety of Halloween activities including special viewings of Halloween movies, costume contests, and themed arts, and crafts. One huge highlight is the Halloween Golf Cart Parade over at
The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, not to forget the elaborately-decorated camp and cabin decorating contest – some Guests go over the top with their Halloween décor! Stop by the Front Desk to inquire about activities at any Disney Resort Hotel, including Disney’s Port Orleans Resort –
Riverside or
French Quarter.
