Hi Gina! Welcome to planDisney! It’s always nice to have a fellow resident of Pennsylvania visit us with a question!
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is such a popular event at Magic Kingdom Park. Halloween night is usually one of the first party nights to sell out. I’m happy to offer a few helpful tips. While I don’t want you to get your hopes up too much, occasionally, extra tickets are made available for sell-out nights. Again, this is rare, but I have seen it happen in the past. I recommend checking the
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party page on the Walt Disney World Resort website frequently. If extra tickets become available, they'll be listed there for purchase. The other option is to check with the front desk of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel upon check-in. If extra tickets are made available, the Cast Member at the front desk can help you with your ticket purchase. To be clear, Cast Members at the hotels don’t have extra tickets on hand. They can only sell tickets to a Guest if extra tickets are made available.
Gina, the other option is to go and enjoy Magic Kingdom Park before the Halloween party begins! Magic Kingdom Park remains open for day Guests until 6:00 PM on party nights, including Halloween. The Halloween and fall decorations are up all season long for day Guests to enjoy. Main Street, U.S.A. is so festive with jack-o-lanterns everywhere, Mickey-shaped pumpkin wreaths, scarecrows, and all the colors of fall!
Of course, no Halloween-time visit would be complete without a visit to the
Haunted Mansion! The 999 haunts are lingering around, just waiting for your arrival. How (or whether) you depart the mansion is always the decision of the spirited residents! As they say, "...there is always room for one more..." happy haunt!
Dreams do come true!
