    Is the Disney Grand Floridian Resort court yard pool open yet? If not was is the expected open date?

    Hi Wayne!

    Thanks so much for visiting me with your question!

    I see that you are planning to arrive at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort on December 18th.
    As of today's date, the Courtyard Pool at the resort remains closed for rehabilitation and refurbishment. The posted date for planned re-open is set as 'late December' at this time. There is not an exact date yet available.

    If you'd like to, please write me back a few days prior to your departure and I will be happy to find you the most up to date, official information right away! In the meantime, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that you'll be enjoying the sparkling, freshly re-opened pool during your Walt Disney World vacation!

    In the meantime, if I may assist you with dining recommendations, park tips or other information, please don't hesitate to contact me as often as you wish!
