We have been to Disney and gotten the DAS pass for my daughter. This Christmas the extended family is going. There are multiple reservations and some family won't arrive till a couple of days after. If they are linked can they be added to the DAS.

Welcome Back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel James ~

It is super exciting to hear that you will be celebrating joy in the World this year! I can't think of a better place to celebrate the Christmas holidays than the Walt Disney World Resort.

When you reach the first theme park during your visit, you can go to Guest Relations and request Disability Access Service (DAS) for your daughter. DAS will be linked to her MagicBand or Admission Card. They will need to link everyone's MagicBand or Admission Card in your party to the DAS as well. This can only be done at a theme park Guest Relations location and cannot be done through your My Disney Experience Account. You can go ahead and get the DAS linked to everyone that is with you in the beginning. Once the other members of your family arrive, you can go back to Guest Relations and add them to the DAS. Since you will already have your daughter's DAS set up, this should only take you a couple of minutes once you are being assisted by a Cast Member at Guest Relations.

Keep in mind that typically, they issue DAS for the Guest with special needs and up to five other Guests for a total of six. Sometimes, they may make an exception and you may need to speak with a supervisor to explain your travel party.

Your daughter's DAS return time will show up in your My Disney Experience so be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app prior to your trip.

Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions. We're hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
