Maria, Walt Disney World Resort loves to salute its military families with
Special Offers on park tickets and select resort hotels. Eligible Service Members are active, retired, or 100% disabled veterans. If a member of your travel party is an Eligible Service Member, they can purchase
Military Salute Tickets from Morale, Welfare, and Recreation on base or through Shades of Green. Personally, I like to order our tickets through
Shades of Green. We love that our tickets will get mailed to us already activated and ready to go! Whichever way you purchase your tickets, you'll want to
link your tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. Once they're linked, make sure you make your theme park reservations through the
Disney Park Pass system!
To book a room at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel with a Special Offer, all you need to do is
call a Cast Member! The Cast Members will be happy to help you to know which resort hotels are available for your dates at a military rate. In my experience, it's great to be flexible with both your choice of hotels as well as your dates, which can open up a whole new world of possibilities! If this is what you'd like to do, I'd recommend calling right when the phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their kind of magic can be in high demand.
Maria, prior to your trip, I'd also suggest that you take some time to download and explore the
My Disney Experience app. A little like a magic wand, this app will help you to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer! You can check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even
mobile order food - talk about "phenomenal cosmic power!"
