    Can Disney gift cards be used at the Character Warehouse and in park kiosks (ie, Mickey Bars, pretzels etc.)? Trying to determine how much to get before coming down. I know I can use them at in park restaurants - curious about places mentioned above.

    We’re so glad you stopped by to send us your question. It is our pleasure to assist you as you dream up and plan your magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. 

    Disney Gift Cards are good for pretty much anything Disney! You can purchase theme park tickets, pay for your vacation package, merchandise at the theme parks, resort hotels, and Disney Springs (where accepted). You can even pay for a magical sailing on the Disney Cruise Line! I love collecting small amounts throughout the year, so I can have some extra Disney dollars to splurge with during my magical visits.

    Meredith, as long as the retailer is owned and operated by Disney, you are good to go! So, for the kiosks inside the parks and Disney’s Character Warehouse, you are good to go with your Disney Gift Card. If you’re staying inside the magic, you can even charge to your room by tapping your MagicBand, then pay off your balance with your Disney Gift Card. I like that method, so I don’t have to carry them with me and worry about losing them.

    Be sure to register your Disney Gift Cards on the website, DisneyGiftCard.com, and consolidate them so you can shrink your stack if you have multiples. Makes them easier to manage.
