Disney gift cards. My son got some for his birthday. Can they be used anywhere within the 4 major parks at Disney on anything? Restaurants, souvenirs, snacks etc? Thanks!!

    Hi Cheryl!

Disney Gift Cards make the perfect gift for any occasion and in fact, I use this as a way for my children to budget for their own souvenirs on our Disney Vacations.  Since the gift cards are reloadable in amounts from $5 to $1000, a portion of my children's allowance goes to their Disney Gift Card.  They are redeemable at almost any location inside Walt Disney World including the 4 parks, 2 water parks, Downtown Disney, and  Disney owned resorts (Swan and Dolphin do not accept them). You can use the Disney Gift card to purchase everything from snacks, souvenirs, meals, and park tickets.  If you are looking for any last minute souvenirs or picking up something you forgot, they are also accepted at the Disney Stores inside Orlando International.  Not to mention you can use them at disneystore.com, Photopass.com, and Disney outlet stores and most people don't realize that you can even use them to pay on the balance of your Walt Disney World Vacation Package. The possibilities are limitless! Thank you for visiting The Mom's Panel and if you have any more questions we are always thrilled to help!

    Best Wishes!
