Are all Disney gift cards purchased at a park reloadable? Thank you.

    Hi Elaine,

Thank you for visiting use today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Disney Gift Cards are so convenient. You can use them to pay for most food, merchandise, Theme Park Tickets, Resort Hotel reservations, and even a whole Disney Cruise. I love to budget for our vacations in advance, and one of my ways is by purchasing Disney Gift Cards, a little at a time.  I remember a few years ago handing over a stack of 50 cards to my travel agent in order to make the final payment on a Disney Cruise.

Today is even easier. You can reload a Disney Gift Card at most locations throughout the Resort, and at Disney Store locations. And you also transfer the balance from one card to another, so no need to carry a stack of them. Note that at this time, a card cannot carry more than $1,000.00. It is super easy to combine them online, and to keep track of your cards.

One last tip: you can find Disney Gift Cards at a slight discount at warehouse clubs like Sam's Club or BJs. And for more ways to save some Disney Dollars on your next vacation, be sure to visit the Special Offers page. Happy planning!
