Hi there, Jess, and welcome to planDisney!
Disney Gift Cards make all of my Disney trips so much easier. They take away all of the guessing of how much to budget for your trip’s expenses. As a matter of fact, I used a
Disney Gift Card today at a golf course on Walt Disney World Resort property this weekend. They’re super nifty, and I’d love to share more about them with you.
You’ll be happy to hear that you can definitely use Disney Gift Cards before, during, and even after your vacation. They are accepted as a method of payment for paying for
Disney Vacation Packages, theme park tickets, and room-only reservations.
You can also use them at most dining locations on property. The only excluded restaurants are those not owned by Disney (like some that you’ll find at Disney Springs). You can even use Mobile Ordering in the
My Disney Experience App using your Disney Gift Card. They’re really that convenient.
How can you manage all of the Disney Gift Cards and combine them? Visit the Disney Gift Card website where you can log in to your account using your Disney website log-in information. From there, go to “My Cards.” You can manage up to 6 cards at a time. And each card can have a maximum of $1,000. I love combining funds to one gift card at a time.
AN EXTRA GEM: Long after your vacation is over, you can use your gift cards to buy merchandise on
shopDisney.com or use them to book your next trip. These cards never expire!
Jess, I hope that you have an amazing visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. If you need any suggestions or if you have any other questions about your upcoming trip,
give us a holler here at planDisney.
Magic always,
LeAndra
