    Can Disney Gift Cards be loaded or linked to the Magic Bands?

    Hi, Maggie!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Currently, Disney Gift Cards cannot be linked to your Magic Band. A major credit is required to be linked to your My Disney Experience account and Magic Band. What I do on each Disney vacation, is link the credit card of my choice, make the purchases that I desire, and before going to bed for the night I stop by the front desk and pay for my purchases with my Disney Gift Cards. This helps my family to stay on budget and not have too many expenses added to my credit card. My Disney gift cards are kept safe in my resort room and just tapping Mickey is so easy while we are out at the parks!

    Also, there's always the option of just using your Disney gift cards instead of your Magic Band to make your purchase. All the theme parks, resorts, and shops at Disney Springs accepts Disney Gift Cards.
