    Hello. Are Disney gift cards still accepted at Chef Mickey, T-Rex rainforest and other Disney springs stores?? Thank you.

    Hi Nicole, welcome to planDisney!

    Yes!  Disney Gift Cards are accepted almost everywhere on Walt Disney World property, including restaurants such as Chef Mickey's and T-Rex, and shopping at Disney Springs.  

    I am a big believer in using Disney Gift Cards when I vacation at Walt Disney World.  I purchase Disney Gift Cards throughout the year at retailers that offer them at a discount.  Then, I consolidate my Disney Gift Cards online at DisneyGiftCard.com.  Each Disney Gift Card can currently hold up to $1,000.00 (subject to change).  I use the Disney Gift Card to pay for my Disney vacations in advance of my arrival and I like to keep one with me for spending while on vacation.

    If you prefer to use your MagicBand for purchases while at Walt Disney World, you can also go to the front desk of your Disney Resort Hotel at least one day before check-out to apply your Disney Gift Card towards your purchases.
