I have a Disney gift card. Can I use it to purchase alcoholic beverages throughout the parks, resorts and Disney springs?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Louise!

Disney Gift Cards are a fantastic way to "save" for your Walt Disney World® Resort vacation. And if you're like me, you've been collecting them as you go and are armed multiple cards. Here are some tips and tricks for using your gift cards while vacationing.

    • Yes! You can absolutely use a Disney Gift Card to purchase adult beverages at any of the theme parks, resort hotels, or Disney Springs™. They're accepted everywhere in Walt Disney World® Resort!

    • If you have multiple cards and would like to consolidate them onto one card, with one balance, before your vacation, you can do that. Just visit disneygiftcard.com to get started.

    • If you're staying on-property at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and will be using a MagicBand, you can continue to use your MagicBand for your purchases and then use your Disney Gift Card(s) to pay down your balance at the front desk in the lobby of your resort. This way, you get to use your MagicBand for convenience and you'll make sure every penny of your gift card gets used.

I hope this is helpful, Louise! Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We are here to help.
