Hi, Rachel!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. If you're like me, you've been collect Disney Gift Cards from select retailers as a way to "save" toward your Walt Disney World® Resort vacation. I'm here to help offer advice on how to use them.
Disney Gift Cards can be used for almost everything! The only exceptions are reservations at the Swan & Dolphin Resorts and a few kiosks and merchandise carts that are not owned or operated by Disney. Everything else, including Memory Maker and Enchanted Extras (tours) accept gift cards. Here are some additional tips for their use:
• When purchasing Memory Maker online, you are allowed to use two forms of payment. This means one form of payment could be a Disney Gift Card. When ordering Memory Maker through Disney over the phone, three forms of payment may be used. This would allow you to use two Disney Gift Cards and one other.
• Enchanted Extras (tours) must be booked over the phone, allowing you the three forms of payment option.
Please remember to hang on to your gift cards even after their use. If for some reason you need to cancel your tour, the money would go back on the gift card.
Another tip if you'd like to use multiple gift cards, is to utilize the website,
Disneygiftcards.com. This website allows you to add all your gift cards into your account and then transfer balances onto one of the cards. This is such a helpful tool in consolidating when you've purchased several cards along the way.
I hope you find this information helpful, Rachel! Please do not hesitate to reach out to us again with any additional questions you may have. We are here to help.
