Hiya, John! Welcome back to planDisney! Thank you for bringing your great question to us.
Can you believe that you're less than two weeks away from your vacation to
The Most Magical Place on Earth?! I couldn't be more excited for you! I'd love to help you with your reservations and make sure that everything is practically perfect in every way before you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. Let me just grab my magic wand....
Got it! As my pal Peter Pan says, "Here we gooo!"
First, let's check and see if you're able to view your Theme Park Reservations made with the Disney Park Pass system. Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll down where you can see your Daily Itinerary under My Plans, Reservations and Tickets. Here, you should be able to see your Disney Park Pass with an image of the theme park you've reserved for each day of your trip. Under that image, you should be able to see the names of all the Guests in your travel party who also have this reservation. If you don't see this, you'll want to make sure that you have also made your Theme Park Reservations with the Disney Park Pass system as soon as you're able!
You should also be able to see these reservations on your My Disney Experience app. Log into your app and tap the icon in the bottom right corner that looks like three stacked lines. Tap Future Plans, then scroll down to see all of your reservations, including any Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations, dining reservations, and Theme Park Reservations.
If you run into any issues with the above steps, my best piece of advice is to call a Cast Member! A little like real-life fairy godparents, they will be more than happy to take a peek at your reservations to make sure that everything is in place before your trip. And of course, if anything else pops up, please write back to us again! After all, you've got a friend in me.
See ya real soon!
