    When does Disney generally post promotions? The past 3 years they have offered the free dining plan during Sept/Oct. When I went to book my vacation, they did not have that plan. Do you think they will still offer it for the 2013 season?

    This is a good question.  I suggest visiting the independent website MouseSavers.com.  At Mouse Savers you will find a historical database of Disney discounts, showing what discounts Disney has released and when.  I believe this is exactly the information you are looking for.  While at Mouse Savers, be sure to look at their other money saving tips and strategies.  Mouse Savers is one  of the first sites I go to when planning my own Disney vacation.
