Is disney up to full capacity same as before covid? I bought tickets for juky 3rd only because of reduced capacity and less crowd. I just heard it's now full 100% capacity. If so how can I get a refund

Hey there, hi there Debbie! Thanks for stopping by planDisney where you're always welcome as can be. We're so glad you're hEAR, and we appreciate your patience as we assist all Mouseketeers who are anxious to return to a land of magic.

During the current phase of reopening, Disneyland Resort continues to manage capacity in Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park through the theme park reservation system. Guests who do not have reservations may not enter the theme parks, and Disney is still limiting the number of visitors per day, following local and national public health guidelines. To read more about what Disneyland Resort is doing to maintain a safe and healthy environment for Guests and Cast Members, click here.

Debbie, per the Disneyland Resort e-ticket terms and conditions, Disneyland theme park tickets are nonrefundable. If you aren't comfortable visiting right now, the tickets you bought will not lose their value, and you can always apply the amount you originally paid to the purchase of tickets in the future.

I hope this helps with your decision of whether or not to go ahead with your visit next week. Best wishes for a wonderful summer, and we hope to see ya real soon!
