We will be in Disney on Friday September 2, staying at PORFQ, we were wondering what time Magic Kingdom closes that night? We have a dinner reservation at Boatwright Restaurant at 7:45, will we have time to take the bus back to Magic Kingdom that night?

    Hi George!

On Friday September 2, 2011, the Magic Kingdom is open until 9:00 p.m. With a nearly 8:00 p.m. reservation at Boatwright's at the Port Orleans Riverside resort, returning to the Magic Kingdom that evening would not work in your schedule. By the time you finish your meal and travel back to the park, it will be closing time.

My suggestion is to enjoy your meal and then return to Port Orleans French Quarter to relax and swim. Or use this evening to take the Sassagoula Riverboat to Downtown Disney. The boat transportation is one of our favorite amenities at the Port Orleans resorts!

    Wishing you a memorable vacation!
