Hi Disney Moms! We just found out that my wife is expecting, so she'll be just a 3 months or so when we arrive for our WDW vacation in January. What should we keep in mind about the rides, eating healthy, the resort rooms, etc.?

    Hi Taylor,

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. First of all, congratulations! Have in mind the same health routine that you have at your home. Don't go without the approval of your doctor and without a health insurance. At the parks, use comfortable clothes and stay very well hydrate. Remember to pause and sit for a while and to use lots of sunscreen too. The parks have First Aid if you need something and regarding to the attractions, you must avoid the ones that contains specific signs and alerts for pregnant mothers. You guys should stay at a preferred room at any of the Disney's resorts. Those rooms are closer to the main lobby and the bus stops, making you guys walk less to commute to the parks.

    Have a magical trip!
