    Hi. Does Disney Floral do custom orders, or do they only offer only what is on their website? And can you order something so that it is waiting in your room when you arrive, or can items only be sent after you have already checked in? Thanks!

    Hi Nancy!

    From  flowers, gift baskets or in room celebrations, Disney Floral has something for every taste and budget. The Dream Makers over at Disney Floral will be happy to create something custom to fit your needs and budget.  Give them a call at 407-WDW-GIFT (407-939-4438) and they will ask you some questions to create the perfect gift for your occasion.
    Typically items cannot be in your room upon arrival, I have heard that guests staying in club level rooms at Deluxe resorts do have this option.  Delivery is usually set up for the first full day of your vacation or any day thereafter and you are given a window of time that it will be delivered usually between 12-3 or 3-5 p.m. They do their best to adhere to these arrival times, but occasionally items might be delivered earlier or later than your window of time. If you're planning something particularly special you might want to make sure you will be away from your room for a good long while so your surprise remains just that. Your order will be delivered directly to your room unless you choose an option that contains alcohol, in that case it will be left with the front desk as you will need to sign for your it.  I hope this helps!  Thanks for visiting us at Disney Parks Moms Panel and we are always thrilled to answer anymore questions you may have!
