    I have a Disney Flex Pass that I purchased in February. Due to the craziness of this year, I’m relocating out of state and can’t use it anymore. How can I cancel the pass to avoid further payments?

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with your question! 

    As a fellow Annual Passholder, I’m sad to hear that you’ll be moving away before you get to enjoy the magic of being able to visit “The Happiest Place on Earth!” on a regular basis! 

    But, fear not! The Disneyland Resort is offering a few different options for Annual Passholders during this unprecedented time. Passholders on the monthly payment plan did have their monthly payments automatically suspended, starting on March 14, 2020. The default option for Passholders on a monthly payment plan is to keep the original expiration date of their Annual Passport. Therefore, if your Flex Passport expires before the theme parks reopen, you will not be subject to any additional payments. 

    Passholders that paid in full at the time of purchase will automatically have their expiration date extended by the number of days the theme parks are closed. But, as an alternative, paid-in-full Passholders may request a partial refund corresponding to the number of days their Passports would have been active during the closure. To arrange for this option, please contact Annual Passport Services at (714) 781-PASS (714-781-7277). A Cast member there would be happy to assist you further.
