Sarah, merchandise pickup and delivery has been temporarily suspended during the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort. This includes both the Walt Disney World Resort hotel delivery service and the in-park Souvenir Pick-Up Service.
However, merchandise home delivery via UPS or FedEx is still available for a small fee! If you do not wish to carry your merchandise around the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, you can ask a Cast Member at the time of check-out about shipping your items home instead.
