    Hello, I will be at Disney the first week of march 2024 and want to know if the gift we buy in the parks can still be delivered to our hôtel? This was possible during our last trip in 2019. Thanks

I hope you're loving the wintery weather before your upcoming trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth in March! I can't wait for you to experience all the magic and have an unforgettable time!

    You have a fantastic memory, Melanie. Before the Resort's brief closure in 2020, they offered a service called Souvenir Pick-Up and Resort-Hotel Delivery. This service allowed Guests to easily collect their merchandise at the gate before leaving the park or have it delivered to their Disney Collection Resort merchandise shop by the night's end. It's all about making your visit as convenient and fun as possible!

    At this moment, this service is unavailable and after reaching out to a friendly Disney World Cast Member, who informed me there aren't any updates yet on when it will be back. But don't worry; many other services have made a comeback over the past few months! When you arrive at your Resort, just ask again to ensure you know all the current benefits of staying on the property.

    I've got some tips that I personally use and that can make your shopping experience a whole lot better:

    • Consider renting a locker. It's a great way to keep your belongings safe and secure while enjoying all the fun Disney offers. There are three different sizes available to suit your needs, and you can use your Disney Band to pay for it, so you can easily pop back to it whenever you find something you just can't resist.
    • If you are planning to take a midday break at your hotel, it's better to wait until the last minute to do your shopping. At that time, transportation options will be way less crowded than at night's end. So, you can easily carry your shiny new park souvenirs without any fuss.
    • The bigger stores, such as the Emporium in Magic Kingdom Park and the Creations Shop at EPCOT, offer a wide variety of items to meet your needs. This means you don't have to keep going back and forth between stores. Additionally, they remain open late after the theme parks have closed, so you can make the most of your day and then enjoy some relaxed shopping while waiting for the crowds to disperse.
