Hi David,
Welcome back to planDisney! How exciting to be planning your first-ever visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Your little Mouseketeers are going to have the time of their lives—and the
Disney Dining Plan is the cherry on top of all that magic!
When it comes to dining with kiddos,
character meals are the way to go. Not only are they a fantastic use of your dining credits, but they also let you meet all your favorite Disney pals without standing in line—talk about multitasking magic!
My personal favorite is
Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera for breakfast. Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy bring all the artsy flair while you savor options like sour cream waffles or wood-fired steak. Plus, the terrace view? Total “wow” factor.
If you’ve got little princess fans, let me just say:
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in EPCOT is a hidden gem! I just learned their breakfast only uses one dining credit, and it’s perfect for meeting multiple princesses before you set off to explore World Showcase.
For a playful vibe with your favorite pals from the Hundred-Acre-Wood, check out
The Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom. It’s bright, cheerful, and full of hugs from Pooh and friends. And if your crew loves Toy Story, Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is a yee-haw-worthy spot for tasty barbecue in Andy’s backyard.
Let me know if you need more dining tips or ideas to make your first visit absolutely magical. Have a practically perfect trip, David!
See ya real soon,
Emille
