I am going to Disney for the first time w/ twin 4 year olds and a mother n law with Parkinson's. I will be looking for a hotel with accomodations for easy travel to most of the parks. Can you recommend one? Also, how do you make resv to eat in castle?

Hi Gena!  When looking for a resort that is close to the parks you will have two areas to consider.  IF you wish to be close to the Magic Kingdom then I suggest you stay at the Polynesian or the Grand Floridian resorts.  It is an easy and quick monorail ride to this park and then a monorail ride to EPCOT although you will need to make a change at the Transportation and Ticket Center.

If you choose to be close the either EPCOT or Hollywood Studios then I suggest the Beach Club resort.  It is a mere five minute walk to the International Gateway entrance to EPCOT and a short boat ride to the Studios

The resorts that are closest to the parks will all be deluxe resorts thus the pricing will be higher for your accommodations.  All other resorts will have bus transportation which is good but it can take longer since you will be waiting in lines.

To get a reservation in the castle for one of your meals be sure and call as soon as you are able to as these spots are taken quickly.  Call Disney dining at 407-939-3463 and ask for Cinderella's Royal Table.  To see more information about this opportunity please click HERE.
