We are going to disney for the first time in September with our 14 mo old and are only going for 4 days. We are staying  off the Disney property. Would you recommend doing 2 days at magic kingdom or one day at MK and a day at another park?

    Hi there, Emily!

You must be so excited about your very first visit to the most magical place on earth!  It sounds to me like you have 2 days to spend at the Walt Disney World Resort, correct?  You are definitely on the right track spending time at Magic Kingdom Park.  In my opinion, there is nothing more magical for children of all ages!  With four major theme parks within Walt Disney World, not to mention a vast selection of other experiences, you certainly won't see it all.  Whether or not you spend both days in Magic Kingdom Park or not really depends on how you want to tour.  If you want to go at your toddlers pace and soak in every moment, I would suggest spending both days at Magic Kingdom.  Toddlers usually prefer breaks and exploration and this will allow plenty of time for that.  If you choose to do two parks, take a look at what interests you most at the Disney Parks.   Does your toddler enjoy animals?  Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is a delight for children.

Once you decide, feel free to ask me additional questions about touring.  I am happy to help.

I wish you a truly magical vacation!
