We are going to Disney for the first time in May! What are some of the items (that we could potentially customize) that we should bring before we arrive (i.e. autograph books, stroller sign)?

Hello, Jamie! Oh, I am so excited for your first trip to Walt Disney World Resort. You’re going to have more fun than Cinderella at the Ball!

Personalized items are my specialty! There are all sorts of things you can prepare, like family shirts (I use iron-on vinyl and fabric!), stroller garland (make sure they are foldable or removable, because you will need to fold the stroller on transportation), autograph books, Mouse ears (I get my fancy ones from Etsy stores) and even tiny vinyl stickers for your MagicBands. You can also embroider a backpack to stow all your park goodies, and my personal favorite, create window decor for your Resort Hotel Room. If you search “Disney Window Decorations,” on Google, you’ll find tons of inspiration for banners, cutouts and more to decorate your hotel window. Personally, I love those $1 store window clings because you can see them from both inside and outside the room!

If you want something super special, stop by the Town Square Theatre in Magic Kingdom Park, where you can find a special hat store that will embroider your names on Mickey Ear Hats, a MUST souvenir for any Mouseketeer. Don these with your personalized family shirts and that’s one awesome photo in front of Cinderella Castle! If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know - it’d be my pleasure! I hope you vacation is magical! Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo! ~ Lindsey P.
