    We will be going to Disney for the first time during the Epcot Food and Wine festival. Is this primarily an adult event?

    Hi Michelle!

    Good question. I think adults probably do appreciate the Food and Wine festival portion of Epcot more so than children, just because of the various wine samplers you can taste in the different countries, as well as the unique food delicacies each country offers. There are, however, some countries that offer small dessert portions that was a favorite for my 8 year old daughter on a recent visit. But, it was definitely an event more celebrated by my wife and I than our children. 

    But Epcot World Showcase continues to have all the things available most kids can enjoy during the Festival, such as the KidCot Fun Stops strategically placed, plus the dance and performance shows a number of countries showcase. In that sense, kids can still have fun here while Mom and Dad eat up all the good food :-)

    If your kids like to experience different cultures, it's a great place to take them. If they only are into the attractions, you may want to stay on the Future World side.
