We're going to Disney in just a few weeks with a 3 and 6 yo. My little one begs to be carried, so she will need a stroller. My 6 yo would probably do okay walking, but I'm thinking of getting a double stroller since we'll need one anyway. Will he fit?

    Hi Sandy,

I would recommend that you rent the double stroller, as opposed to the single one. One a recent trip, my youngest was 4 and her sister was 6. We tried getting away with a single stroller...and quickly upgraded to a double one when they were fighting over who got to sit in it. While your 6 year old may want to walk the majority of the time, he will appreciate the option to sit and relax once in a while. Not knowing his size, I am guessing that he will fit fine. The strollers are large, molded plastic. On the trip mentioned above, my son was 8 and he begged to sit down in the stroller for a break once in a while (don't tell him I told you that) ;) . When visiting some Parks, such as Epcot, you may walk close to 5 miles a day (if you were to cover the whole park). You can always use the space next to your daughter to put your backpack and camera bag (rather than having to carry them) when you son isn't riding in the stroller.

Hope this helps and that you have a magical vacation!
