Hi Frank! Thanks for checking-in with planDisney regarding
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! I can’t believe that Halloween party season is upon us! The first party begins this week!
You can certainly continue to check the Walt Disney World Resort website to see if additional tickets are released for the night you wish to attend, but I believe that is unlikely to occur. If you are going to be at the Walt Disney World Resort soon, you could also check at the front desk of your resort hotel to see if additional tickets are available, however, I believe once the event is listed as “sold out” it truly is not available.
While Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is truly a blast, you can still enjoy the festive atmosphere of Magic Kingdom Park during the fall, even without a ticket to the party. All the fall decorations remain up in the park even when the party is not taking place. The Mickey jack-o-lantern wreaths along Main Street, U.S.A. are my favorite! There are also several locations throughout the park for photo opportunities with the fall décor! Perhaps a visit to the 999 haunts at the
Haunted Mansion will add to the festive fall season during your visit!
Way back, before my planDisney days, I attended Magic Kingdom Park in the fall on a day when Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party was sold out. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get tickets, but I made sure to add the party to my “dream list” for a future visit. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to attend several! Frank, I hope you get the chance to visit a party in the future! But please enjoy the “spirit” of the season during your visit to Magic Kingdom Park!
Happy Planning!
Jonathan
