I am going to disney in a few days. i am curious if I can reserve a double stroller on line prior to my trip or can it only be done once there at the park. Thanks in advance for your help

    Hi Francine,

As far as I know, stroller rentals cannot be reserved in advance.  However, when you arrive at your first park you can pay for a "length of stay" pass, which may save you some money.  You should know that double strollers are only available in the four major parks: Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios.  They cannot be taken out of the park to use in your resort.

There are outside companies that will deliver strollers to your resort, and you can order these in advance.  Several of my friends have used Orlando Stroller Rentals and been quite happy with the service.  Although folding up a double stroller to board the busses can be a bit cumbersome, I think having access to a stroller at all times is essential.  Walt Disney World is huge, and just getting around your resort can be difficult if you have to carry sleeping children.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
